People make it seem like she needs to top her past eras, and/or have major success solo again. Why though? People even compare her with Mimi but Moves Like Jagger outsold every single from The Emancipation of Mimi combined. So what's the point? I'm fine with minimal successes like Bionic, and Lotus as long as her side projects like Burlesque (movie, and music), Jagger, and Feel This Moment keep her mega success alive.
If there ever will be a song that kids born in the same year as the song was released, knows a line from it during their childhood and for..probably the rest of their lives, then another song can be the new BOMT.
But there are songs with almost as much impact tbh.
