just keep walking or running like ****. That's what i did for budew. before i even get my first badge, it already evolved into roselia. but you have to wait till u go to the sixth badge before you can get shiny stone to become roserade.

you have to learn it somehow? it's pretty annoying in black and white. Majority of the pokemons in black and white give attack evs it's getting annoying when some of the pokemons specilaze on special att.
