I love female Hip-Hop but I felt really let down with the first and then after the second I just lost all hope and went into hate mode.

But what don't you like about Pink Friday? Of course her singing is still brutal on your ears but the Rap verses are LIFE and the production >>>>

I didn't like her rapping. I know it was a big moment from her but she's not good at hooks, so her going pop really didn't work because it felt like there was nothing carrying the song. Her verses had alright concepts but her lyricism is just not up to par. The production felt empty and safe.



It's decent compared to her last album.

I don't know. I started getting into her in early 2010. So maybe the anticipation made the album so good for me. I'll see if my opinion changes if I listen to it again.

I was just so disappointed when it came out. I relistened to it again and it didn't improve.
