She's also gained on UK iTunes but still at 11. She could go top 10 next week because the album versions will get downloaded aswell. Great to see her doing so well in Ireland, if it holds up it could be her first top 10 hit in Ireland!

One of the Guardian's is well expressed and goes into detail, got a 3/5
the other is literally 3 sentences and gave it a 2/5

Marina Diamandis started out as an unusual popstar, with an operatic voice and a self taught piano style. Now she has made an album full of cliches that could have come from any X-Factor puppet. It was informed by a break-up, the Greek-Welsh singer says, but the desperate desire to be up there with Jessie J seems a more likely inspiration. She sings in a variety of personas, all paper-thin. Primadonna, an undemanding slab of electronic pop, finds her in a diva mode, while on Bubblegum Bitch she's a femme fatale with a weekness to sugary drinks:"Soda pop, soda pop, baby here I come staight to No.1." At least she's honest about her intentions.
