The tours performed the same. 'Femme Fatale' was a worldwide, but small tour. Every venue lost a huge number of seats because of the huge stage.

She doesnt have to proove anything, like gaga whos going on 1million dates just for the sake of breaking records. Brit made her money from her early albums witch sold amazing! Touring wasnt as important back then. Gaga needs to tour alot to stay in bussiness.

And that's why I said 'a mainly stadium tour'. Gaga is doing arenas too in the BTW Ball. But the majority of the venues are stadiums. Britney has never done a tour where most venues were stadiums.

She did almost the whole stadium leg in SA (+ Mexico) on her FF tour. She did one stadium show on Circus. She did 3 stadium shows on Dream within a dream tour and some stadium shows on Oops tour.
