bringing in Dr. Luke, Rihanna, Katy Perry, etc.

but then she went and worked with Dr. Luke.

many could say this era is about "making fun of popstars"
but it's not. Marina sold out and she expected a hit single.
and she made an excuse for her selling out.

but "Primadonna" is flopping really hard.
does she deserve what she's getting for her insulting comments and selling out?

I don't think an album or song should flop based on what the artist says about music. It makes me maybe think less of her integrity, but the flopping/success should just be based on the quality of the music. It's okay, but of course it's being a little overhyped because it leaked. There are some really great songs on there though.

Marina is not MAKING FUN of anyone by working with Dr. Luke, she has come to the realization that she was being close minded 2 years ago, and has decided to try a new approach. She only worked with Dr. Luke on two songs btw.

Regardless, Gaga deserved to flop but that didn't happen, so we'll see...Those who DESERVE to flop don't necessarily do so, and vice versa.

Exactly. Let's not act like some of the other pop stars aren't hypocrites as well. The song just sucks. If you're going back on your word and releasing a song with Dr. Luke, at least make it a good song.
