Which I understand. That's not a crazy thing to say (directed at the Diamonds). Only some of Marina's tracks bring something new to the table, whereas Lana brings a whole new sound. However, her albums is so gelatinous that, in my opinion, it equals out.

Don't get me wrong, BTD is a great album, both vocally and musically, but Electra Heart seems to have a much better story to tell. They're both albums that talk about love, but EH's just has a more interesting one to follow.

I don't even know where to start. First of all, the concept of a lolita refers to an extremely influential novel published in 1955. It is no musician's "concept" to claim. I doubt you even get the literary references in Electra Heart either.
