Yes it does. I mean at least teens used to use actual alcohol back then. Now they are sniffing bath salts, soaking tampons in vodka and sticking them up their privates, huffing cleaning products etc.

Say whatever you want about the drinking age, but it cannot be denied that it is ridiculous that people are legally trusted with driving & voting before they are legally trusted to have a drink. I mean, you're legally an adult at 18 & can run off to join the army but still can't have a damn drink? What kind of mess.
