Both are massively talented. I think Pink is underrated by the general public though.

They're about the same. Beyonce better vocals, P!nk better dancer. Both are good performers, so it really comes down to preference there. Whose music is better is a matter of opinion, but since Beyonce stans never fail in predictability, the "Who has more Grammys?" argument will be implemented as leverage.
