Lady Gaga's ''Born This Way'' made a #1 debut just three days after the song was released + months of hyping and radio deals, but is she capable of scoring another #1 debut with less hype, or was this her only #1 debut she'll ever get in her career?

Britney Spears' ''3'' and ''Hold It Against Me'' both made a Hot 100 number #1 debut without too much hype, it was mainly her huge starpower that made everyone buy these songs, but is Britney's fire still hot enough to claim her another #1 debut and make her the first solo artist to do so?

It all comes down to the fans that will purchase their material. Britney definitely can.

Gaga, I don't know. A lot of the fans who bought Born This Way when it was released ended up leaving her behind entirely, due to dissatisfaction with one thing or another. Hard to say just yet, but I think it's very possible, as long as she doesn't release behind something as massive as We Are Young or Tik Tok.

Both will surely do it again. Gaga will do heavy promotion again and Britney is Britney. Her last three lead singles skyrocketed to #1 and ‘Womanizer’ would have debuted at #1 as well hadn’t it been released to radio a week before the iTunes release (it jumped from #96 to #1 the week following the digital release, making the biggest jump in the history of the Hot 100.) She got 4 #1 singles on the Hot 100 in the last three years and 6 #1's on Hot Digital Songs in the last four years.
