Tomorrow I will be attending my senior prom. With those feelings in the air, I thought this would be an interesting thing to discuss.

Did you go to your prom as a Junior or Senior? Did you go both years, one year, or not at all?

If so, did you like it, love it, or hate it?

Did you have a date?

Here is the answers to some of those questions.

I didn't go my junior year. This year I am going, but single.

Why is your prom in April? That's kind of early, mine isn't until June!

I did go to my junior prom and I can tell you it's better to have a date, even if it's just a really good friend! If not, then go in a group and don't give a **** about the ballads.

I went to both junior and senior prom. I wasn't gonna go to junior prom at first because I thought it would be dumb, but I ended up having a lot of fun. I didn't have a date for junior prom but I did for senior prom

My school didn't have a junior prom.

I went to my senior prom and had a horrible night. I regret not making th most out of it. I was in a relationship with someone in the closet and he went with someone else. Cried a lot. So dumb.

Have fun! Without the emotional baggage prom should be a great night.

Well, I live in California. I started school in August for crying out loud. Lol. Anyways, April or May is usually when Prom is. In May we have a dance called MORP, which is Prom backwards and everyone is allowed to come.

I didn't go to junior prom.

I went to senior prom and was pretty miserable. I actually enjoyed the car ride there and back with a few of my friends more than prom itself; my friend blasted Born This Way for the full hour long round trip. Road To Love sounds best when being blasted in a car at 11pm.

My school only had a senior prom.

I went and my date was one of my good friends. It was lame. They were really strict with dancing (no grinding).

I hope people that still have the chance to go decide to go as it's a once in a lifetime thing. (or twice I guess for those with junior proms )

kii at my prom they played "Forget You" by Cee Lo and at the point where he goes "forget you" the DJ made the song silent and we all shouted "**** you" instead, with all the teachers and principal there

In Northern Ireland, we call them formals I went to one in 5th year (I was 16) and one in upper 6th (I was 18). I have two best female friends. I went to the first with one of them and the second with the other

I think they played that at my prom; I can't really remember.

The music was all atrocious. The only good recent song they played was Hold It Against Me.

"Teach Me How To Dougie" should not be played at proms.

At least we had Born This Way in the car.

I will not be attending my senior prom, We and my group of 3 friends already made plans. We will get all dressed up and fancy, and go to a fancy place to eat, and then just blast music in the car and dance around in the park where the sprinklers go off... Something we've always wanted to do.

I didn't go last year, cause I was a freshman.

So I won't be going this year. Cause I'm a sophomore. But I can't wait for my Junior and Senior years.
