A strip show isn't much different from Britney's tour only the girls are hotter, can actually dance and you're probably more likely to hear live vocals.
I love GaGa but come on...Madonna is the Goddess of Pop! Don't even try to put another female pop-artist on her level.
So I vote for Madonna.

I think Gaga is a better singer, but that Madonna is a better artist overall. So interpret that as a vote for whoever matches the voting criteria better.
