Carly rae Jepsen - Call me maybe
Fun - We are young

I'd be surprised if any have another noticeable hit but I think Gotye's song is so unusual that it will be hard for him to tap into the same market with another song. It's just got that one off hit feel about it.

Fun. will get another hit before the end of the summer. Some Nights, the title track from their new album, is going to be huge.

Gotye's album is selling really well so he is already gaining a fanbase.

Carly is completely forgettable and so is the song. I listened to her album & it's full of filler.

I honestly think all of them have a chance at getting more hits.

I don't know any other Carly Rae songs, but I imagine there's some more depth there.

Fun. will definitely be getting another hit or two from this album if their label plays their cards right.

Gotye's album is so good, so it's quite possible, but he's the least likely to become a name in the US. The song is so different from everything else on the charts (in a good way) and from everything else on his album (it's varied) that I can't see people warming up to his other potential hits the same way. He COULD cultivate a niche on alternative radio very easily. Examples:

Fun.'s label should really take advantage of the success of WAY.

It's on its way to becoming the biggest hit of 2012. When was the last time an artist had the biggest hit of the year but didn't follow it up with another successful hit? The next single should at least ride off the success of WAY.

But I dont think Gotye has the personality to sustain interest. Its purely this song thats grabbing attention.

Carly is pure tweeny pop and if she can come up with another decent pop tune the same young girls will buy it. Fun could have another decent hit but I can't see them sustaining interest.
