I have some... be yourself all the way through. A true top member doesn't become something their not to win. Even if you get sent home for being yourself, you are a top member just because you were yourself. I was in the bottom 2 like 4 times my cycle and moved on each time mostly because I was myself and tried my hardest in each challenge and the judges saw that.
