Nowhere near as much as the US. Most of the big female rap hits in the US do worse in the UK charts.
I think there's a few popular UK female rappers, such as Ms. Dynamite, who had a massive hit in 2010/2011 called Lights On, which is like UK 90's dance (and M.I.A. but she's made it internationally).
