Van, I honestly don't know the exact guidelines - but will get back to you once I do.

And to the poster above, I closed that thread for two reasons:

1) Joe - the site owner, the one who PAYS THE BILLS - doesn't want those types of threads here

and

2) It's gross and disrespectful to compare or associate three hard working (if questionably talented) pop stars with common **** stars. IT's disgusting, actually - and highly misogynistic. HIGHLY.

A lot of the activity that goes on in here can be put in Random Thoughts. The back and forth about meaningless discussion with no real fighting going on isn't suitable for NHB.

There's no rule that says because NHB is open and inactive that people have to clog it up with random chatter about changing their username or something else that isn't in the spirit of NHB.

I'm posting in general now, but just go to Random Thoughts. If an issue or conflict arises where you feel you need to fight/drag someone then this avenue will always be open.

Some people just come and post in NHB because it's open & a stickied thread, so they're sure to get noticed.

Despite the staff cracking down and handing out a slew of WPs after its re-opening, people are still coming in here every single day with off-topic posts.

See, I get all that. I was warned twice before for pointless posts and there were no complaints on my end. I got the message loud and clear. No petty talks about avatars, fonts, and the like in NHB. I resolved to just keep my posts centered on member drama to avoid points. So this time around I thought I was on the same page as ya'll, but then come to find that I can't even defend someone or that BP can't lightly drag another member...

Now I'm just confused. Do our posts have to be vicious, personal, or what?

My theory is ya'll are tryna make Random Thoughts happen again.
