I don't think he likes Kelly. He wanted to executive produce Kelly's album after Breakaway, but she rejected all his songs in favor of My December. During all that hoopla he went onto certain message boards and talked trash "She'll never have a hit ever again" etc. etc.
Perhaps they made up for MLWSWY, but I think it's clear Kelly doesn't like him either, judging from recent interviews.
He definitely gives Ke$ha the best tracks, though Ke$ha has been exploring other producers for her second album so they aren't that close
Dr.luke tracks quality wise: Ke$ha>Britney>Katy>The rest so I assume thats who he likes in that order... though marina did get a smash from luke aswell

He was on that message board though also wishing her luck, and saying even if she didn't want him on the album he wished the best for her though
But that was a long ass time ago, maybe I don't remember right.
