Because they would clog up the recently updated thread ticker. There can only be 3 at a time, and if there are 3 base conversations going on, then there's no room for anything else. Other threads that aren't permanent need the attention more.

Simple question.

I was in the blogs, when I noticed a user (who shall remain anonymous) current viewing the same blog I was in.
I knew they were recently banned from the forums...
So I rushed to see their post in a recent thread and it still said "banned" underneath their name.
How is that even possible...

-P.S. I've never been banned, so i don't know how all that works. .

Blogs don't have "currently browsing" like the rest of the site. Instead they have "recently browsing" which obviously means recent. Lol. Not all of those users are current, which explains how that happened.

Not sure how much this is suppose to be here but I'll give it a shoot since I really would like to know something..

Few days ago I opened a thread about Keri Hilson sts with an update on her album sales and a few days after it got closed without even being messy like all of Keri threads usually.

So I would really love to know why it was closed since most artists got one and they are going for ages, so what's the difference between my thread and their's?

Would it make semse for threads that involve celebrity milstones to be in the Charts section? I'm seeing so many threads about insert name here reaching 1 million followers on twitter. It's not really news.

Say i have a picture thats naturally 500 x 500 . Is there a code to make it show up as 250 x 250 in my post ?

Well, since your image is a square, you should use [imgsize=Option]value[/imgsize]. For example:

Another option is [imgzoom=Option]value[/imgzoom] for images of all sizes, but [imgzoom] is really tricky/inconsistent — at least, it is for me. Sometimes the same [imgzoom] option yields a larger image or a smaller image for me.
