She does struggle with notes out of her comfort range, but when she's singing notes within she's rather good. This mellow performance shows her in her comfort range.
I don't think even you can deny it's a decent vocal show.
Philip Treacy OBE (born 26 May 1967, Ballinasloe, County Galway) is an Irish milliner. He moved to Dublin in 1985 to study fashion at the National College of Art & Design, where he made hats “as a hobby” to go with outfits he designed. He has designed hats for Alexander McQueen's white Haute Couture collection at Givenchy in Paris, for Karl Lagerfeld at Chanel, and for Valentino, Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan. He was awarded the title of British Accessory Designer of the Year at the British Fashion Awards on five occasions during the early 1990s.[3] The late Isabella Blow, style editor of Tatler, helped Treacy launch himself as a well known milliner and wore many of his hats.
What's your point? Most every popstar - Rihanna included - has worked with high-profile fashion designers on collaborative work. Rihanna has even designed her own pieces with Armani. I mean.

Yes. I respect anyone who has the ambition to succeed and flourish in a field they have absolutely no skill in.

How many Britney Spears fans does it take to change a lightbulb? Zero, they all stand there in the dark convinced it's still working.
Of course I understood her 09 VMA performance but that doesn't change the fact that it was WACK and RIDICULOUS.
Every popstar has done artistic things with their career, but only Gaga gets the credit. It's such ********.
Yet all of rihannas performances are rehashed...I would love for her to change it up a bit
But what do you expect from island ppl...all our dances look the same
Mediocre
Bland
Boring
Untalented
Generic

Pimples.
And some people aren't here for over-the-top, eccentric, shocking performers or performances (which isn't necessarily bad). Why does your fave get to be a standard for comparison?
Katy's voice isn't on the caliber of Gaga for sure, but she's more than mediocre. All the other factors you brought in were subjective and only assert the fact that you're not moved by Katy or her music which is fine. But others are and appreciate her perspective to pop music. Before Katy, nobody was doing what she was doing. Her sound is unique. She's an original artist with original music.

No one knows Prostitutehnna for style, justfor her iconic fat ass, big nose, big forehead, and little clothes.

influence is quite different than mere obsession. Counterfeit Minaj shall remain < then Britney's vocal range.

She's the most plastic, fake, wannabe-Barbie bitch I've ever seen in my entire life. There's literally nothing real about her. She was authentic and sincere when she first tried stepping on the scene but when that didn't do the trick, she invented a pin-up image, whipped up a whole new personality, changed her name, and started making a completely different type of music. She's a disgusting and terrible human being with not an ounce of self-respect or dignity. She will literally do ANYTHING to be successful, and that's evident by the fact that she shamelessly copies-and-pastes what other artists and do, and by the fact that she became fake-ass Katy Perry - which is more than just a name no matter what her stans say - just to get some bubblegum #1 singles that no one is going to remember. No one buys her albums, no one takes her seriously, no one thinks she has any talent, and she'll be completely lucky to be more than a flash in the pan. I have never in my LIFE seen a more disposable popstar. There is literally not ONE thing special or unique about her. Generic trash.

I miss this Katy

Which is why she's regularly on best-dressed lists? Which is why she's noted for her different, distinct style every era? Which is why her fashion choices are constantly in the press? Which is why her hair is always being discussed? GIrl BYE.
