I actually prefer yo da one over talk that talk it's more catchy but not for every one and birthday cake is getting so much hate and it's not radio friendly
ďIím becoming a little more comfortable in front of the camera. I wasnít used to it before. I was thrown into a new lifestyle and everything I do is kind of filmed or photographed. Iím a private guy. I like to keep to myself. Iím shy, maybe. It gets kind of tricky for me but, Iím beginning to find the fun in it. I donít take myself too seriously so if Iím front of the camera, thatís what youíre going to get, me clowning around."(Bruno Mars)
Def Jam isn't capable of getting through a Rihanna era without screwing it up.
Talk That Talk: YDO, TTT, BC, WHYB mess
Loud: CKB/MD mess
Rated R: Rockstar 101/Te Amo mess
GGGB: Releasing Rehab after Disturbia ruined the perfect era
AGLM: We Ride was a poor single choice, Break It Off being Album Only damaged digital sales.
MOTS: If It's Lovin' was cute but didn't keep up enough hype after Pon de Replay.
It's progressively getting worse... She'll be lucky to have one hit single next era.
Congratulations to Rihanna on earning her Icon Award!
I supported this album when I first heard it and honestly it's Rihanna's best album yet overall.
With that said, she has made some of the WORST single choices I have ever seen! The era is a HUGE mess LOL...
We Found Love was a great start
You Da One was...alright
Talk That Talk...Not a fan but I can live with it
Birthday Cake is well...not only one of the worst choices for a single or one of the worst Rihanna songs ever recorded but one of the worst songs I have ever heard in my life...harsh but true.
Remember this is only my opinion and this album had a lot of potential that ended up as nothing more than a terrible era.
