Mostly a dancer, but I'm usually more impressed by his backing dancers, who really carry the performances I've seen from him. His passable dancing and minimal live singing make him the male Britney: except with much less success, a much weaker discography, a heavier dependency on autotune, and a messier trainwreck of a life.
You're comparing Britney's arm dancing to Chris Brown?
