Address the assault now to the public? Now that we know they're on good terms, should they do an interview together and explain what happened and give fans and the general public some peace of mind on how the event won't be replicated? I made a post about that in 2011 saying this needed to happen if they ever reunited, and I think it's an interesting topic to discuss.

I'm not sure about this.
One side of me thinks this is just re-kindling an old flame.
Then the other part of me thinks this will be good for them more-so Chris and his reputation.
Then I think if this interview does happen I expect their albums to be released the week after..

A Barbara Walters interview would be nice I suppose. But at the same time it feels unnecessary, that **** was years ago. Were sick of hearing about it, we read the police report and what happened. No need to dwell on it.

And would Chris even be able to control his anger when being hounded by hard questions? we saw what happened on GMA and he's not good at articulating himself. Not here for some half ass interview that's scripted by their handlers through PR training.
