 so he did take her phone obviously and now he scared he might be charged well he should have thought of that before,you don't go taking people's phones just because he was annoyed by her taking his photo and now he thinks he did nothing wrong and had every right to do that just because he's famous

Well I know that.... but the phone stealing is what violated his probation when he should've been jailed 3 years ago for attempted murder.

From what I heard, Florida prison don't usually let people go due to overcrowding. Not sure if that's reliable or not, but I heard if from a few people.
He's more likely to not to go prison due to his celebrity status, than anything.
