Yeah, TOTGA was in no way a flop. It might have been the most desperate attempt for a #1 in recent memory (re:Remixes,discounts) but it performed better than many, many songs. It might have been the worst performing single from Teenage Dream, but it's not a flop. I like that song a lot!
I honestly CANNOT at people voting for TOTGA. Why? All because it didn't hit #1? It's songs like TOTGA that show the general public that Katy actually has talent.

All of them deserved to be released as singles, I don't think she's made any mistakes, but California Gurls is just the song I would not listen to by choice anymore.
