We still have things like the tour, music videos, promotion (if she chooses to do it some more this time around) and the album (sales) as mentioned above.
By the way, you should be happy that someone of Madonna's calibre still is able to release music and promote it properly and succesfully in the first place.

i know, its ****ing madonna and she has her fanbase so she will do fine. i just said that im dissapointed with her recent stuff (single, vid and those sinppets).
