Boyfriend Simon Konecki, 37, is said to be planning to propose to the record-breaking singer during her birthday in May.

The couple, who confirmed their romance in January, have also discussed the prospect of having children and moving in together, the Daily Star Sunday reports.
"Simon is so smitten that he's also talked about popping the question as soon as her birthday in May. It falls over the bank holiday weekend so he may plan a trip away and do it then," a source said.
"He knows she's 'the one' and Simon's pals have never seen him so happy. He's like a different person."
Adele is said to have described Konecki as her "soulmate" at the Grammys earlier this month and said she was "living a dream".
"She just kept gushing about this being the best relationship she had ever been in. She even said her next album would be about falling in love and hopefully settling down after all the heartbreak," an insider added.
"She joked that it would probably be a flop as everyone would stick their fingers down their throat, but she can't wait to write new tracks about how happy and loved-up she is feeling right now."
Meanwhile, the 'Rolling In The Deep' star is apparently being lined up to perform at the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony in August.
