Whitney could duo with Celine to at least maybe hit the surface of Bliss's magnitude, you need Mariah's breath control on the whistles, as well as maintaining that beautiful bird like tone her whistles has, and some vibrato.

Mariah's signature is whistles. Most artists don't even touch them because of her so it's hard to judge who can actually hit those notes since most singers don't bother to attempt them.

That was a G#5 that went to C6 or C#6 and chirped an Eb6, Bliss's main whistles are from F6 to C7. She tried though.
