Adele is not only No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week, but she's also No. 4 with her debut set, "19" (87,000; up 144%). It's the album's best sales week and highest position. Combined, "21" and "19" moved 817,000 copies last week.
Adele is also found at No. 9 with her debut set, "19," selling 36,000 (up 103%). It's the first time an act has had two albums in the top 10 since March 19, 2011, when Justin Bieber occupied the Nos. 4 and 8 slots with "Never Say Never: the Remixes" (EP) and "My World 2.0," respectively.
Prior to that and after debuting at No. 62 the week of June 28, 2008, "19" soared to an original No. 11 peak that Nov. 8, vaulting from No. 46 after she appeared on "Saturday Night Live."The album's last peak was at #10, and was set on the Feb. 28, 2009, Billboard 200. "19" bounded 27-10 for its only week in the top 10 to-date. Her win as Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards that year spurred the vault.
i am interested to see how well '19' does next week, too

Jason Lipshutz: A song like "One Last Time" demonstrates Grande's newfound maturity and ambition on My Everything: while the downbeat admission of "I know/that you got everything/But I got nothing here without you" is the pained sound of a narrator racked with guilt, the chorus sets aside humiliation and scoops up a sense of hope in front of pummeling drums and a 3-note synth line.
Well it's about damn time! Is there any chance of it going even higher next week?
