I'm assuming the photographers are Mert & Marcus and if you've seen their work, heavy retouching is very common. Look at Madonna's MDNA pics. Can't you just be happy that this is probably the best Adele has ever looked?

It's not just re-touched, it's faked in my view. Re-touching is where you hide a wrinkle, faking it is when you change something completely.

Vogue magazine won't have any credibility if it's done this.

About the "fake" photo, Vogue as a reputable magazine will NEVER put a FAKE photo that they never shoot of anyone on the cover, they're smarter than that The OP may be fake, that is unsure, since I can't find any other source for this issue yet
