No. If people call Pink a flop, then Aly and AJ are bigger flops.
In CD sales, P!nk's latest is past 300,000 copies (Which has only been out for less than 3 months) I haven't seen any news that Aly and AJ has a Platinum CD, and they've been *****d like crazy by the Disney enterprise during this last year. Set aside TRL/MTV, I also don't see any hit status/recognition/award from them that's outside of their parental franchises.

Um.... Milian's label dropped her because her sales were SO bad..............
P!nk isn't doing that well either, but its a quality album.
P!nks closer to Gold than Milian will ever be.

I'm still sticking to the fact that once Pink releases "U+Ur Hand" she will increase her sales. It was a dumb decision to release "Who Knew" as a second single. It lost any momentum she had going. She's gonna have to build it up again with the 3rd single. Which by god better be "U+UH".
Biggest flop though? Ashley Parker Angel has severely gone lower than expectations. Milian did about what ppl predicted. Calling Jewel a flop is just dumb, she's still selling despite no promotion for the album. Other than seeing "Again And Again" on VH1 a few times, I have never seen any other kind of promo for her album.
I will stan for...
Bonnie McKee. Lana Del Rey. Rilo Kiley.
Florence + The Machine. Meg & Dia. Lily Allen.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Kelly Clarkson. Garbage.

I agree. "U + Ur Hand" could save this album and IMO become one of her biggest hits. "Who Knew" is a masterpiece though, it's a pity it hasn't gone well....

Some of you need to give A&A a chance people so don't judge them until you actually hear at least a few of their songs other than just 1. Especially those who are so deadset on rap these days.

No, I just find you annoying. - Especially coming from a person who said Paris Hilton is better than a couple bigger named artists such as Christina Aguilera and Beyonce.-
I don't hate A&A, I say they've had a couple decent pop songs…while releasing a couple rejects…and almost destroying 2 famous oldies. No expectations? BULLLL SHE-I-T! They were being ridiculously marketed around by Disney at the rate High School Musical soundtrack is currently which has already gone multiple-platinum, and they're peak position with their CD was #1 on the BB200. (A&A’s CD didn’t even make the top 20) I also looked in their wikipedia article, and they've failed to make Platinum yet. (They haven't even past 600K copies and the CD has been out for a near year. Likely: I'm not Dead will surpass that, even if they re-release the CD.) The manufactured Disney product likely had more PR than Pink has ever had with an alblum. Also note that P!nk has only done 2 singles, while Aly and AJ released 6 off their CD. (And people called Kelly Clarkson’s 4th/5th/6th Single overkill)

Sorry Mike, but...
Whether you want to admit it or not, Aly & AJ are not big successes, nor is their album even on the Top 200 anymore, I don't even think they got any sort of certification for their album, and they got tons of promotion through Disney, MTV, and commercials advertising their album and song.
And also, Beyonce and Chris Brown flops? Beyonce had a song stay at #1 for 5 weeks, was it? And her new song just debuted No. 44, sounds like success to me. And Chris Brown, unfortunately, has been very successful. A platinum album and 3 Top 20 hits, with one of them having a good run at #1. And I'm not defending my favorite artists, I don't like Beyonce and Chris Brown at all, and think it's sad that they're having so much success. Nor am I "deadset on rap", I hate about 90% of rap songs.

Is MIKE of all people telling someone to give someone else a chance when he hasn't given a urban song a chance since prolly 1999? You hate for the most part all rap/r&b (Rihanna & Ashitty aren't R&B) so shut that crap up. Let me post a few people who have ALL outsold Aly & AJ.

Actually, for Mike's sake. Aly & AJ did NOT flop. Their album, in most people's eyes, including mine, wasn't even supposed to break 200K, so going GOLD is VERY good for them.  Also, they seem to have another song in the works for a release next month, as well as a re-release for their album? This should push their sales.
Anyways, back to Christina Milian, Pink, and Ashley Parker Angel. Upon further thinking, if we look @ the big picture, it's definately APA. Pink has enjoyed decent sales and single status in the UK, if in not as much in the United States. As for Christina Milian, her CD has sold world-wide, as least 200K and their were mulitiple songs charting in the Japanese charts. 100% of APA's sales come from the United States, so realistically, HE is the flopper here. I believe the hype and status of Pink and Christina Milian got in the way, as in wut was expected of them fell short, rather than wut is a realistic figure at this point.
So, since Christina Milian was dropped from her record label...does that mean that she isn't going to be able to release another single?
