Those are definitely three contenders for the top spot. TLC, En Vogue and Destiny's Child each have a couple of major hits that are widely loved, so even getting into the top ten is going to be very competitive.

Salt-N-Pepa - 8.50 - I didn't expect them to be so good
En Vogue - 8.21 - I think they are the worst out of these 5 but Free Your Mind, My Lovin' and Don't Let Go **** on most of the competition
TLC - 8.40 - They are a great band but Silly Ho is the worst song in this rate.
Destiny's Child - 9.54 - Almost flawless but 4 songs are not that flawless.
The Pussycat Dolls - 8.80 - Some amazing singles but some of them are not that amazing.

I still cannot understand why so many people praise TLC so much. I will send my rates in a few minutes but TLC got the lowest votes of all girl groups. The songs I love by them are No Scrubs and Unpretty. I also think I'm the only one who hates Creep.

TLC - Flawless up until Sill Hoe skip over to Dear Lie and the rest after that is meh.

En Vouge - Flawless up until Whatever.

Salt-N-Pepa - Consistently good.

DC - Roller-coaster, but no huge drops. Damn near flawless as well.

PCD - Get em' the **** out.

"Silly Ho" is on another level. The lack of love for it in this rate is probably my biggest disappointment (followed closely by the lack of love for "Damaged").
