Biggest Female Rap Hits EVER! (Updated)
Female rap has definitely come a long way on the charts. A lot of female rappers experienced the "#2 hot 100 curse" because their biggest hits were so close to #1 but never quite made it. 4 female rappers did have #1 singles, contrary to popular belief. There are also a bevy of top 10 and top 20 singles that u may have known, or never even thought of.

Back then, all the female rappers had a "bad ass" attitude, but this generation of rappers they don't have to play that role, they could be as feminine as they want or spunky, and I think that's why they're more successful (i.e Nicki Minaj), because we're all bored of the old female rappers.
