If Thinking Of You was released now where would it peak?
Thinking Of You was Katy's lowest charting song, but she was a debut act then with hardly any (if any) fanbase. She is much more established right now. So would it chart any differently, assuming it got the same music video and some promo too. We all know what Katy/Capitol is willing to do to make their songs chart higher, so it would be delusional to think TOY would be an exception.
I gave you guys multiple options, so you can vote for where you think it would peak with out a discount/remix and where it would peak with one.

How come that high? I don't think it has big enough appeal to chart that high, even considering Katy's increased popularity. IMO the top20 would already be a stretch.

Top 5, the song is good, and Katy digital power this era (even without remixes or discounts) is impressive.

Probably, Top 5, but #5...Anyway, is one of the best songs of Katy. Deserves the #1 hardly. 1000000 times better than all the TD singles.

Yeah, I agree. TOY is a lot better but TOTGA is more radio-friendly, and hence more likely to succeed on charts better.

I think it would still flop. That is just not the type of sound that the general public wants to hear from Katy. Of course the fans/stans are gonna love it. But in reality, they want Teenage Dream.
