Album didn't open well on the charts. BUT it sold 3M worldwide, more than most artists (except the juggernauts e.g Bey, Gaga, Adele). It still sold more than 'A Girl Like Me' and 'Music of The Sun'. (MOTS may i add was an actual flop).
Combined views of music videos from Rated R are just under 400M
3 top ten hits in the US (including #1 Rude Boy)
2 top ten hits in the UK with Russian Roulette and Rude Boy both peaking at #2
