Shakira did similar numbers and didn't even sell it out.

maybe she should do that for her next tour...
10k audiences $500 dollar minimum price.
get the best fans in, no worries about 40k stadiums & selling them out. 10k would be easier to sell even at that price. if venezuela paid, i'm sure US/UK would pay as well for a more intimate show.
