The first and most obvious one! When she did her promo shoot for 4, she knew she would refer to herself as a King instead of a Queen. This is a jab at men who think they own their women and are better than them in every form. She made herself the man, the owner, the King!

This refers to her coming influence on popular culture. She knew Adele who would go on to become the biggest selling artist in a long time would STILL praise her name publicly, and repeatedly. As well as Rihanna who would go on to say Beyonce was one of the women currently dominating music. Her persuasion has built a whole new nation of pop stars and wannabes, her power is endless and is reaching around the globe at a rapid pace.

She knew that regardless of how the era performed, she would still be relevant. She went on to win at the usual list of award shows and she made 98% of the most critically acclaimed year end lists around the globe.

Beyonce was already on to the controversy that would surround her father supposedly stealing money from her by not reporting all of her tour dates and other things. She was also already aware that she would part with him as her manager and go on to manage herself. She saw all of these things before they happened!

This is about Adele, Beyonce has stated several times that she loves Adeles voice. She knew Adele would become the biggest artist of 2011 and breakthrough in a huge way. She knew Rihanna would follow, along with Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry. All women who love her and she loves them back.

This is about Kanye West and his constant bragging about how Beyonce is the best thing to ever happen to music. Along with Drake and every other male performer that gave her praises when 4 was released.

This is the single most important one, the queen knew ahead of time that she would get pregnant. She also knew that she wouldn't stop working because of it. She knew she would still run her businesses, make money, and have her baby before going back to work fulltime. This also can be seen as a warning, the last line implies she will come back to dominate in a way she has before.
And the last one is to the fans. She knew she would lose fans and gain other ones with a record so unfriendly and so different for her. She foresaw the controversy, that hate, and the events tha would surround Run The World as a whole.
The prophecy was fulfilled.
