Who is more global? Who is more of a phenomenon worldwide? Don't forget to give your proof.

The impact of Lady Gaga is everywhere. You can almost see it on main TV shows worldwide.

Lady Gaga was a bigger phenomenon than Rihanna. Rihanna's debut was meh and she was VERY local in the US during her first two albums.

But right now, Rihanna is bigger globally.

Worldwide, Lady Gaga. She's a phenomenom in Japan, Singapore, India, New Delhi...and she works better in Europe than the US.

But Rihanna's one of the biggest everywhere right now.

Personally, I think Gaga is still bigger, no matter how people say she's faded away. She is not the Sweetheart of America like Taylor Swift, but she's HUGE in other North America countries, such as Canada and Mexico. She's also popular in South Ameica. She's no doubt the biggest Western artist in Asia, beside Justin Bieber. She's doing well in Europe too.
