Chanyeol lifted Jongin up onto the counter, planting both hands onto the glass surface and fitting his body into the space between Jonginís legs, their lips still locked. The situation was getting heated and Jongin relished in it, the blood that had supported the blush in his cheeks all rushing down into his pants in a quick fashion. He didnít know when Chanyeol had started working his tongue into his mouth but he loved it, rubbing their tongues together until Jongin could feel his saliva dribble past his chin and even see a string of it connecting his lips with Chanyeolís when they pulled away from each other.
But ruined by one of the worst actresses of our time.

Approaching a song rhythmically, rather than melodically, is something synonymous with Beyonce/DC and probably her claim to fame in respects to the question being posed.Of course CIL pretty much popularized "Go-Go" in popular music. The only other notable "Go-Go" song prior to CIL is "Doin' The Butt", and that was 1988.
An argument could be made that Beyonce is the one who popularized the heavy Urban/Hip-Hop driven backing with R&B outside of the US. "Deja Vu", "Drunk In Love" (in time), and CIL just to name a few.
