The only artist that I can think of that can sing, dance, and just give a flat out great performance each and everytime she's on stage is Beyonce

I think on stage is defenetly Sarah Connor, shes got bigger pipes than Mariah and Whitney back in the day, and she can dance her ass off to those club tracks and still sing live and sound good!

I like Britney... but c'mon people she doesn't sing a single song LIVE in her "concerts." I don't even consider that to be a musical performance. Either way, I'd say Christina Aguilera. She has the pipes for any genre and puts on a great show, although even with a bare set and just a band she would still kill it. She is the best performer of our era HANDS DOWN.
