Rihanna isn't a very good singer live. Ciara hasn't been relevant in quite some time so I don't know if I've ever heard her sing live...Ciara can dance though. Rihanna stands there or walks around.

Ciara is a better performer, but Rihanna has the looks and is a better singer.
I say that because Rihanna has range, she can sing low, and high.
Ciara only has a head voice.

Ciara is more talented. Ciara is a very good dancer and has been writing songs since her career started.
To me, the things that are keeping Rihanna afloat is good songwriters, producers and makeup artists. I can honestly say that Ciara is a talented dancer at the very least, whereas I can only say that Rihanna has good songs and a distinctive (not necessarily good) voice.

Please. Rihanna has a good voice. Its just cause its constantly compared to Beyonce and others and made seemed like its bad. If you look at how many untalented singers there are in the world, Rihanna is talented.

Rihanna sounds like a goat. She doesn't sing in key. She's not a very talented singer. All her fans say is that she has a "distinctive" voice. Distinct =/= good.
