How the hell is "Tonight" getting so many spins? That is by far Enrique's worst song.

Does anybody know why "**** You" has been given a second chance at life on the pop charts and will most likely outpeak its original peak of #16? Last month, it wasn't even in the top 40 and now it has a bullet of over 700. Did the label re-release it or something?
