Progressively worse with each season, but I was never a huge fan to begin with.

My old roommate used to watch this like 24/7, so I've seen more episodes than I would care to.

See, what made Scrubs so brilliant wasn't that it was hilarious (and it was), but it was how it was able to out-drama the other shows of its ilk. Scrubs' best dramatic moments are better than ANYTHING Grey's Anatomy and ER has ever given us. Perhaps no show has been able to combine comedy and drama so effectively, and certainly no non-animated show can make that claim.
