Honestly another song like that is needed. Just a really good empowerment song without the pretense of wanting a hit.

When I first listened to her self-titled album, my initial favorites were I Am, Hide Away and Someone's Watching Over Me. Such gems.

Shine grew on me with those vocals. The Getaway grew on me with the dramatic sad eerie feeling of the song. And of course, Fly has been always a standout on the album.

That composes my Hilary Duff trinity.

It's awesome, yet weird how Hilary, Selena, Demi, and Miley all are working on their 4th proper studio album. Taylor's 4th is coming out in October too. I love all of them and I'm so excited. Hilary's is gonna slay everybodys tho. We've been waiting over 5 years. The wait is soon over bitches!

No lie spotted.

One of my favorite, most underrated song from the album is Rock This World. She serves those vocals in everyway. You could tell she really felt it in her delivery. The original version is the best over the second version & "remix."

Who remembers in february Ali Tamposi tweeted and I quote "Killed the vocals @HilaryDuff it's gonna be a good one babe!" ? I thought I'd just bring that back. I was freaking shaking and crying when I saw that tweet. Now, just a few days ago, Mitch Allan said on twitter that Hilary is "super talented" I think Hilary's vocals have probably improved and those vocal lessons payed off. Hopefully this means she will sing every live performance completely live. She definitely is capable.
