She hasn't performed live since that special unannounced appearance at Gilmour's gig 10 years ago.
She admitted herself there is an element of stage fright that prevented her from embarking on further tours since her first one in 1979.
As much as I would love that, rather than bloody Macca (again) or Elton Loo, Kate Bush WILL NOT perform live ever again.
I didn't expect her to be there. I figured they were just gonna play the song.

Kate is utterly amazing, a true genius. Unarguably the best British alternative female of all time <3 This is one of my all time favourites (definitely in my top 20) and she is one of my favourite singers! Great remix, even if nothing much has changed. Obviously can't touch the majestic original but her vocals fit this version, and I'm loving it.
(50 Words For Snow was great ftr in my eyes, not her best work by any means but it was a nice concept album)

Everything... And I don't care about the music critics as long as I still have my own personal judgement. For example the critics didn't like "The Red Shoes" so much but it's like 100 times better than 50 words. Not to mention that her best album was bashed by critics back in its release time in 1982.
Told ya she was not going to make an appearance at the Olympics closing ceremony. The new Running Up That Hill mix was played with footage of runners.
No "Kate Bush - Running Up On That Hill 2012 mix" on the screen though. Should have had the courtesy of doing that at least.
