Some of you are doing TOO MUCH with these lists of 10 songs that are all equally unmemorable.
This is meant to be like:
Whitney - I Will Always Love You
Celine - My Heart Will Go On
Madonna - Like A Prayer
Britney - Baby One More Time
Amy - Rehab
Like, you say their name, and you instantly think of one song. Some artists simply don't have this.... Like Mariah for instance doesn't have that ONE song, but she has many huge hits. You could say Hero, but someone else could say Fantasy or We Belong Together or Vision Of Love, ect....

right now bruno has had two iconic songs with massive sales, just the way you are and grenade, I am hoping he'll get more with his future releases.

+1 exactly!!!! someone who gets it!!! and i totally agree with your choices!! sorry but i really dont feel GaGa, Beyonce, Katy or Ke$ha have that one song, and thats not necessarily a bad thing. Yes they have hits but not one on the level
of Umbrella.

i believe beyonce will definetly be a legend, but i dont think she has a song parallel to say 'i will always love you' that one song you automatically think of when an artist is mentioned.
