It's got me thinking though, before each 'explosion' of a genre/type of music on the charts (R&B songs in the mid 00's, dance-pop/EDM in the past few years and maybe now more alternative/indie/rock music) does it always begin with more 'watered down' type tracks. So STIUTK and WAY introduces the general public to more alternative orientated music, then after a while more 'real' indie/rock music will start having a bigger impact on the charts.
It kind of happened with the dance-pop/EDM genre, with David Guetta bringing more 'watered down' dance music to the forefront and now more underground EDM artists are beginning to have chart success, Porto Robinson - Language looks like it will be huge and look at Skrillek blowing up pretty recently as well. Lol, I'm just babbling on, but did this happen with R&B music early last decade too?

even with a discount?!
I was just thinking the same thing
ďIím becoming a little more comfortable in front of the camera. I wasnít used to it before. I was thrown into a new lifestyle and everything I do is kind of filmed or photographed. Iím a private guy. I like to keep to myself. Iím shy, maybe. It gets kind of tricky for me but, Iím beginning to find the fun in it. I donít take myself too seriously so if Iím front of the camera, thatís what youíre going to get, me clowning around."(Bruno Mars)

This is getting ridiculous. Do you even know how often you guys are talking about Taylor here instead of Carrie?
