The lowdown: This blissfully affirmative dance anthem features a hopeful Robyn telling a potential love interest that she's going to love him like she's never been hurt before. Co-written and produced by Klas Åhlund, it served as the lead single from the Body Talk compilation. Though it made no impact in the U.S., it did reach #4 in Sweden and was performed at the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize Concert.
The vote: A surprise contender, "Indestructible" led the countdown at one point during the voting, due to a monster twenty-six 9's and 10's. Earning five votes in the 4-6 range, it fell short of the top by less than six points.
Best line: "And I never was smart with love/I let the bad ones in and the good ones go"
Yes! You don't post on the base! Visit us sometimes!
i do visit the base, i just dont post in it...i'm lazy too...but this was too much...enchanted at 5?..last kiss, dear john, btb?...jinzo did taylor wrong...and that other guy...
The lowdown: Trading her signature woman wronged persona for a little wrongdoing of her own, Robyn begs her lover to break up with his girlfriend (and coaches him on how to do it gently) in his heartfelt, heart-pumping synthpop track. Co-written and produced by Klas Åhlund and Billboard, it served as the second single from the Body Talk compilation, becoming Robyn's first #1 club hit and earning her second consecutive Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording.
The vote: Thanks to a massive nineteen 10's, "Call Your Girlfriend," resided in the top ten (and even the top three) throughout voting, but it was never quite able to get past the other big dogs and contend for #1. Blame, perhaps, its nine scores in the 7 range.
Best line: "And it won't make sense right now/but you're still her friend/and then you let her down easy"
****! I should have given this a ten; it's better than both DOMO and Indestructible.
And I really wish I rated Super Bass lower.

I'd agree with CYG, Indestructible, and DOMO being the best "pop" trinity off the Body Talk compilation. Hang With Me is good but a little more complex and not as immediately relatable as those 3.
