Let's not pretend that Grammy's have the same worth as an Olympic medal. 
1 - The Olympics are only every 4 years, making the awards harder to get.
2 - There are more competing athletes likely to get a medal than there are for a single Grammy so your chances of getting a Grammy are higher.
3 - Grammy's are pretty easy to get.
4 - Grammy's can be paid for.

Exactly. In fact at about any one given time, you've probably only got like 30-40 true competitors, while in the Olympics it's the best in the world. Not to mention all the time and effort they go through to get that gold.

Value wise,yeah.No matter what anyone says,Grammys are the most prestigeous awards in the music industry.Ask a musician/music artist what winning one is like,I'm pretty sure they feel as honoured as an athlete does while winning an olympic medal.

No. Winning the Olympic Gold medal is a sign that you are the best in the world at that particular sport.
The Grammy Awards are not really open to many artists outside of the United States. It's generally confined to popular English-speaking countries, and even then there is still a heavy U.S. leaning.

No.  Olympic gold medalists are the best in their area at that point in time. Can't say the same about most Shammy winners these days.
I mean compare Beyonce's Grammy wins to Michael Phelps' medals. Honestly, who deserved their awards and who only won because they're popular?

A gold medal has the be EARNED. People sit there and can LITERALLY see who is the better athlete and who can WIN. This is completely objective.
Grammys are based on the opinions of critics. These are completely subjective.
