I've watched the Calgary 88 Olympics opening ceremonies/highlights several times, as I wasn't born yet to experience them. 24 years later, there are STILL banners/stickers all over the city for the games too.

I got to experience the Olympics first hand in 2010 in Vancouver though, and it was something I'll never forget.

And at least unlike London, they put the Cauldron where EVERYONE could see, and not just the rich who were able to snag tickets to the track events.
