Nothing has been scrapped but "Sweat" .... anyways it is not good enough to be any time of promo nonetheless be on the album.

I feel Ciara is always tight lipped because NOT even she knows what she has in store, she has no control of her own career and it's very obvious.

They've scrapped only the official release of Sweat. Her team isn't that dumb to scrap the whole album.
The amount of money they'll waste will be too much. If you look at all the high profile writers/ producers that worked on it....
